Hospitality group Accor has launched an innovative new range of solutions for hybrid meetings across its hotels in Europe. ALL CONNECT makes it easy for event organisers to get all the technical support and advice they need from dedicated experts, ensuring delegates feel connected whether attending an event virtually or in person

With more than 900 hybrid-ready hotels across Europe in 27 hospitality brands from luxury to economy, Accor offers the next-generation solution for hybrid events.

Powered by Microsoft Teams, Accor’s new hybrid events concept enables seamless physical and virtual events worldwide. This collaboration allows events to combine physical in-hotel meetings with virtual interactions across multiple locations simultaneously.

In Accor meeting spaces, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub 2S will connect people on-site safely and securely to those joining remotely with industry-leading audio and video device experience.

Bespoke experience

Event organisers will benefit from the expertise of dedicated teams, who will find the best ways to organise each event. From workshops, training days and team building events to large-scale conferences, the ALL CONNECT team is on hand. Bespoke programmes and experiences will be available to attendees, with the highest sanitary and safety measures as part of the ALLSAFE vetted protocol. There is also a seamless digital booking platform.
