Dine under ancient stars at Tali Wiru

Location: Yulara, Northern Territory

A gourmet evening under the stars, Tali Wiru, meaning ‘beautiful dune’ in the local Aboriginal language, is an open-air dining experience for groups of up to 20 people. A celebration of Australian bush tucker, guests will take in magnificent views of Uluru and the distant domes of Kata Tjuta with sparkling wine and canapes at sunset. Indigenous storytellers will share tales of their culture, history, spirituality and connection with the land, while guests enjoy a four-course dinner with premium Australian wine.

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley

A scenic three-hour drive or 45-minute helicopter flight from Sydney, Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is set on a 2,800 hectare (594 acre) conservation reserve in the Greater Blue Mountains region. Available for business retreats, team bonding and incentive stays, guests will enjoy the free-standing villas each offering a double-sided fireplace and internal lap pool. Teams can explore the natural landscape with horse riding, bike tours and four-wheel drive excursions to photograph native wildlife, before returning for rejuvenating spa treatments or a yoga class.

Segway through a vineyard at Seppeltsfield

Location: Barossa Valley, South Australia
Offering a range of experiences from wine tasting to adventurous exploration, Seppeltsfield estate is just under an hour’s drive from Adelaide, in the heart of the Barossa Valley. One of Australia’s oldest wineries, Seppeltsfield can host groups from small to large for meetings, lunches and dinners, and team building experiences. Favourite activities include a guided Segway tour with Segway Sensation, gliding through the grapevines. Including a short skills lesson, groups of up to 15 will take a leisurely journey along a purpose-built trail and take in Seppeltsfield’s 19th-century Barossa architecture and beautifully kept vineyards and gardens. Seppeltsfield can also rotate experiences for larger groups, with access to Fino restaurant, an art studio, a working cooperage and more available on site.

The Gili Rooftop at Taronga Zoo

Location: Sydney, New South Wales
Capacity: 100 cocktail-style

Taking in the incredible city skyline and sweeping views across the harbour, the Gili Rooftop at Taronga Zoo is a show-stopping event location. With the capacity to host 90 guests for a banquet or 100 cocktail-style, groups can celebrate the day’s activities then wander back to their suite at the on-site Wildlife Retreat at Taronga, where they'll fall asleep to the sounds of nature on their doorstep.

Take a thrilling speed boat journey in the Whitsundays

Location: North-east Queensland

An adventure of a lifetime, the Thundercat tour by RedCat Adventures is an exhilarating ride around the Whitsunday Islands. One of the fastest catamarans in the Whitsundays, the Thundercat is designed for speed and stability and will zip guests around to the best spots in the area, including the iconic Whitehaven Beach. As part of the experience, groups will also have the opportunity to take a guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout, snorkel on the fringing Great Barrier Reef, and enjoy a chef-catered lunch. The Thundercat tour can accommodate up to 32 people.
