Firebird Events welcomed more than 200 eventprofs and a surprise appearance from popstar Peter Andre as it celebrated turning 21 in style.

Firebird Fest 2022, hosted at Great Fosters in Egham, welcomed guests on a journey of entertainment, dancing, glitter and fun, with a variety of immersive entertainment throughout the evening.

The London Function Band entertained guests on the main stage and performed live alongside surprise act Peter Andre, who performed a selection of songs including his signature hit Mysterious Girl. The party also saw contortionists, LED drummers, stilt walking butterflies, mirrorball unicorns and more.

Nina Ktoris, marketing and event manager at Firebird events, said: “The evening really was a celebration of all things fun, giving guests the opportunity to re‐connect with colleagues from within the industry and the Firebird team.

“Having established ourselves as one of the leading event service providers in the UK, we have built long‐standing relationships with many of our clients, including venues, corporates, charities and the private sector. This is true testament to our level of service and highly dedicated team, who go above and beyond to ensure we deliver truly memorable events for our clients.”

When Covid struck, Firebird diversified its events offering, launching into the virtual world.

Ktoris said: “Embracing this new way of delivering events has seen the production side of the business grow significantly, taking on 14 new employees in the last year, including a dedicated website‐designer and video editor.

“We have also recently expanded our office space and built our very own green screen studios to keep up with demand.

“The world of events is certainly never a dull one and we do love a challenge. Here’s to lots more fabulous events ‐ roll on the next 21 years.”
