Royal Navy warship HMS
Belfast, part of Lime Venue Portfolio,
has been announced as the host of The Meetings
Show Hosted Buyer Welcome Reception.
Two hundred event planners
will be heading back in time on Tuesday 28 June to party aboard the Second
World War vessel, which fired some of the first shots at the D-Day landings,
served in the Arctic Convoys and in the Korean War before arriving on the
Thames.
The Hosted Buyer Welcome
Reception, which takes place on the evening before the 10th edition of The Meetings Show
at ExCeL London on 29 and 30 June, will be hosted by Lime Venue Portfolio.
Attendees will be
invited to enjoy exclusive use of HMS Belfast’s Quarterdeck and Boat decks
while sipping ship-themed cocktails or mocktails and eating dishes selected
from three themed food stations to a backdrop of live 1940s jazz music.
There will also be an
opportunity to explore the onboard museum to learn more about the history of
the significant Second World War Royal Navy warship.

The Hosted Buyer Welcome is
an invite-only event for event planners participating in The Meetings Show’s
