Amanda Ferguson has been appointed as head of business development for Edinburgh First.
Ferguson, formerly Head of Business Tourism at Marketing Edinburgh, is one of Scotland’s most experienced business tourism figures bringing with her more than 15 years of experience.
She said on her appointment: "I’m really passionate about doing what is right for the University and the City. Our goal and ambitions are to use Edinburgh First’s world-class products and services to boost the local economy and mobilise the City again."
The Belfry Hotel & Resort, a hotel and resort in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire, has appointed Ed Richardson as hotel manager.
